Somebody Cares partners in Nepal have been working hard this week to distribute food, tents and other relief supplies to quake victims.  They have also deployed teams to help remove debris, set up tents, and provide other physical assistance to families grieving the loss of loved ones.

Somebody Cares’ partners in Nepal distribute rice, dal, noodles, biscuits, sugar, salt, tea, medicines, soap, and tents to quake survivors in villages surrounding Kathmandu.

SCA partners also assist with setting up the tents for families,  thousands of which continue to live outside for fear of aftershocks.

Teams help families remove debris from homes and salvage what they can.  Many homes were damaged or destroyed so recovery work will continue to many months.

The generous support of friends like you make it possible for Somebody Cares to rush aid to areas of need, being a tangible expression of the love of God to the hurting.
