Shipping and Returns

We try to ship on our next business day (please note Turning Point Ministries International business days are Monday through Thursday) of when you place your order. We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, DHL, and the United States Postal Service. We will ship according to your selected shipping method when you place your order.

On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not be shipped in a timely fashion. For more information, please contact us.

APO/FPO Shipping Charges

No expedited shipping is available for APC/FPO or PO Box orders.

Correctional Facilities Deliveries

Somebody Cares America and Turning Point Ministries International are not responsible for the delivery of packages to correctional facilities. We will make every attempt to follow the mailing instructions provided by our customers, but we will not issue a refund for orders that do not reach their stated destinations. Therefore, if you wish to mail a package to someone in a correctional facility you do so at your own risk and expense.

General Returns

We are happy to accept your return and will refund your credit card for the amount of the items purchased if you:

• Return the following items UNOPENED: CDs, DVDs, video and music cassettes, software. We will also gladly take back new Bibles, books, and prints in their original condition.
• Include your packing slip and/or order number.
• Return your items within 30 days of delivery date.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify us at 713.621.1498 and we will replace or refund your order right away.
