Monster storm, Sandy, roared ashore Monday night leaving havoc in

its wake. Millions are out of power. Entire towns are flooded. Trees are down. And homes are destroyed. From North Carolina all the way up to New England, East Coast communities are beginning the long road of recovery. Somebody Cares is already there, through our Chapters and Ministry Partners. We are currently getting real-time assessment of the storm damage and mobilizing resources to help. Our Global Compassion Response Network and Somebody Cares Mobile Center are moving in as soon as it is safe to do so. Right now prayers are needed for those continuing rescue efforts along the coast.
