Romans 8:19-22 NKJV For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God…For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now.
- We have to let go of the things we wished we had done or that we were disappointed with.
- Have an eager anticipation for the presence of God.
- The manifest presence of God changes everything.
- If we’re going to be free to move into our destiny, we have to take some of the weight of the past off.
Hebrews 12:1-2 NKJV Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith…
- We can reflect on our past, but we shouldn’t live there.
- God is about to bring a corporate release.
Philippians 3:13-14 NKJV Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
- Decide today to press forward into the upward call of God.
- We can’t change the past, but the decisions we make everyday will determine our future.
- Circumstances do not change who God is.
- God still changes circumstances.
The presence of God can heal and change us so we can move into our destiny.
Hebrews 13:8 NKJV Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Romans 8:28 NKJV And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
- Every circumstance is an opportunity for the light of Christ to work in and through us.
- Lighthouses are created to help people come through the darkness or fog.
- When we fix our eyes on Jesus, we see more clearly to move into our destiny.
- Through His presence, He does a work in us to let His light shine through us to help people come out of the storms of life.
- People’s eyes will be opened when we get into God’s presence and allow Him to give us clear vision and His light to shine through us.
- Every great revival of the past has come out of difficult circumstances when God did a work that only He can do.
2 Corinthians 5:17 NKJV Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
- When we get the revelation of who Jesus is and become born again, we’re called to serve.
- And when we serve and show honor, God releases His blessings.
- We will come to our knees by choice or by circumstance.
Psalm 37:25 KJV I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.
Whatever we need to fulfill our destiny, God will provide.
- Ask God for renewed expectation and an earnest desire for His presence.
- God is faithful and is for us.
Romans 8:31 NKJV What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
Isaiah 40:31 NKJV But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
Colossians 1:16 NKJV For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.
- We are not victims; we are eagles of the Lord.
- Lord, do a work in me and through me.
- You’re at a breakthrough moment.
