Dec 2, 2013 — Even over the Thanksgiving weekend, Somebody Cares and ministry partners were working to mobilize containers loads of food (about 1 ½ million meals worth) as well as requested medicines for Typhoon Yoland survivors in the Philippines. A medical team from Somebody Cares partner, Medical Mission Adventures, took medicines for the clinics they will be working with there.  And a Somebody Cares logistics team deployed over the weekend to connect with partners on the ground and make arrangements for the speedy distribution of food to areas of greatest need once the containers arrive.  Please pray that the transportation and shipping process for these desperately needed items goes smoothly and that enough funding comes in to cover the cost of shipping and delivery.  Please help us feed hungry children in the Philippines with your donation today!   !

$1 can deliver 65 meals to the Philippines!

$25 can feed 1,634 meals to hungry children there!

$100 can give 6,500 typhoon survivors  life-saving nutrition!
