Scriptures and Key Points about our Covenant with God

Joel 2 NKJV (The Call for a Solemn assembly) …“Now, therefore,” says the Lord, “Turn to Me with all your heart, With fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.” So rend your heart, and not your garments…

“No one sets out to fail”Doug Stringer

  • In the most difficult of scenarios, we must push through and God will give us the breakthroughs, for He is the master of breakthrough.

“How serious are you about this today?”

  • There is a place of preserving even in the midst of what the Lord gives to us.

  • It’s not always going to be easy. There will be hills, valleys, and rough patches, but the Lord is always there to see us through.

Mark 3:27 NKJV No one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. And then he will plunder his house.

  • The Lord is dealing with our hearts, both corporately and individually.

  • We need to be whole-hearted toward the Lord.

There needs to be a renewing of our covenant vows with God.

  • The only way to reach the heart of a city, nation, or community is for us to have a heart awakening.

  • When the Church has a heart awakening, God can come in and set things in order.

  • Revival is marked by repentance. Repentance leads to an outpouring of the Holy Spirit and a return to whole-heartedness for God.

  • The blueprint of what the Lord is doing this hour is about the heart, repentance, and obedience to the Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 10:20-21 NKJV Rather, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord’s table and of the table of demons.

  • Decide that we want God to be the Lord of our lives and align ourselves with Him.

  • Come together with a heart of repentance; families need to as well.

  • Get back to the heart of God.

  • Renew our passion for God.

“Our passion for Christ must be greater than our passion for anything else.”– Bishop Dale Bronner

  • We need to come in humble posture with hands lifted to heaven in covenant, then God will begin to speak to us.

  • Then God will be able to shift and change things that only He can.

“Our only hope is a national spiritual awakening.”

“God doesn’t answer prayer. He answers desperate prayer.” – Leonard Ravenhill

Isaiah 1:11-20 NET “Of what importance to me are your many sacrifices?” says the Lord. “I have had my fill of burnt sacrifices… they are a burden that I am tired of carrying. When you spread out your hands in prayer, I look the other way; when you offer your many prayers, I do not listen, because your hands are covered with blood. Wash! Cleanse yourselves! Remove your sinful deeds from my sight. Stop sinning. Learn to do what is right. Promote justice. Give the oppressed reason to celebrate. Take up the cause of the orphan. Defend the rights of the widow. Come, let’s consider your options,” says the Lord. “Though your sins have stained you like the color red, you can become white like snow; though they are as easy to see as the color scarlet, you can become white like wool. If you have a willing attitude and obey, then you will again eat the good crops of the land. But if you refuse and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword.” Know for certain that the Lord has spoken.

  • What we do behind closed doors has everything to do with our public impact.
